Kwnoledge of Public International Law is compulsory to attend this course.
Students who did not study public international law for their degree need the preliminary study of an international law handbook.

The course provides an introductory overview of the law of international institutions, covering the major organizations and explaining their role and governing law.

-Common Institutional Problems: Law governing the activities of International Organisations, Legal Personality, Membership and representation of members, Financial aspects, Dispute settlement
