  Kwnoledge of Public International Law is compulsory to attend this course.
  Students who did not study public international law for their degree need the preliminary study of an international law handbook.
  The following are suggested:

• Obiettivi formativi

  The course provides an introductory overview of the law of international institutions, covering the major organizations and explaining their role and governing law.

  - Overview of existing International Institutions (UN, WTO, World Bank, ICSID system, EU, European Council)
  - The function of International Organizations
  -Common Institutional Problems
  
  6 cfu program:
  - Overview of existing International Institutions (UN, WTO, World Bank, ICSID system, EU, European Council)
  - The function of International Organizations
  - Selected Common Institutional Problems
