She teaches Economics, Microeconomics and Economic of Innovation in the College of Law.She also teaches International business at several Italian MBA and PhD programs, with a specific focus on internationalization processes of firms, small and medium companies strategies, emerging market multinationals, merger and acquisitions. She is delegate of the Rector for Entrepreneurship and for Technology Transfer. She is delegate of the College of Law for Research and International cooperation programs. She is coordinator of the 7PF Marie Curie-IRSES project “Poreen” (www.unimc.it/poreen) She is responsible for internship programs of students of the Jesi Branch of University of Macerata. She graduates from Polytechnic University of the Marche, cum laude (1995). She received the Best Graduate Award for the year 1995. She got a Ph.D. in Banking and finance (University of Pescara, Italy, 1999). She was lecturer at the Polytechnic University of The Marches (2001-2004) and at the University of Macerata (2000). Main research interests: foreign direct investments; multinational companies from emerging countries, with a specific focus on China; mergers and acquisitions; SMEs internationalization processes.
